Manufactured in 1927. Blued 26" nickel steel octagon barrel chambered in .30-30 with a full-length magazine tube, blade front sight, and semi-buckhorn rear. 2-piece plain walnut stocks with steel nose cap and crescent rifle butt plate. CONDITION: Good. Barrel retains the vast majority of its factory blued, the receiver having largely drifted to a gray-brown patina. Stocks have some scattered field impressions with an area of finish loss on the forend. Excellent bright bore displaying sharp rifling throughout. Mechanically fine.
