Extremely rare Handy-Gun single shot pistol chambered in .32-20 W.C.F. manufactured by Harrington & Richardson of Worcester, Massachusetts. The left side of the frame is stamped "H&R. "HANDY-GUN" ", with the right side bearing Harrington & Richardson's manufacturer information. The barrel measures 12 - 1/4" in length and features a brass bead front sight with a square notch rear sight and flip-up peep sight. Wood pistol grip and handguard have been relacquered at one time. Matching numbers are present on the frame, barrel, and forend. CONDITION: Metal components retain scant trace amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting wear and thinning overall that shows through to a gray/brown patina, with areas of pitting present overall. Very bright bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of pitting and strong rifling throughout. Wood furniture exhibits some scattered dings and marks from handling and storage, but is otherwise sturdy and serviceable.
