A rare and desirable Third Reich Waffen SS EM/NCO "Deutschland"" (SS Panzergrenadier Regiment 3, 2nd SS Panzer Division "Das Reich") cufftitle. Uniform removed cufftitle is in a black rayon machine-woven base with machine-embroidered gray cotton lettering, and edged with 2mm wide silver bands consisting of 7 silver aluminum wire strands. No backing or RZM tag is present. The cufftitle has been removed from a lightly-worn uniform, a couple of its original attachment threads remain, and the ends have been folded and sewn down. Very light wear and staining to the front, lettering, and very light damage to the silver bullion wire strands. Cufftitle measures approximately 18 inches overall. Cufftitle brought home by PFC Robert Fuller, 101st Airborne Division, 327th Glider Infantry Regiment. A rare opportunity to own a veteran bring back example of a rare cufftitle.
