Fantastic offering of World War II era US Army Air Corps wings. Quite the variety, with examples for command pilots, pilots, aircrewman, gunners, navigators, bombardiers, flight surgeons, etc. Most date to the World War II era, but there are some post-war examples. Most wings are marked as sterling on reverse, or are marked by NS Meyer, Josten, Pasquale (Flight Surgeon and Nurse), Vanguard, Amico, Balfour, etc. At least 1 of the aircrew wings are theater made. 7 pairs are the smaller 2" wings, including the flight nurse wings. Most are pinback, while others are clutch back. There are also several pairs of sweetheart wings. The wings exhibit varying patina, some with scattered blemishes. Some appear to have been polished. All appear to have functioning clasps. A very nice offering that would be an instant collection. CONDITION: Good-very good.
LARGE LOT OF US WWII ERA ARMY AIR CORPS WINGS.
