Single Sided C. 1880's Hand Painted Wood Sign showing Sand Painted Black backing. Sign is Marked at the backside, "Mrs. Corliss, White Lake, New York". CONDITION: Sign is in excellent displaying condition overall showing unique script type as well as sand painted backing. The lettering shows excellent alligatoring and age to the paint with minor amounts of age wear with no notable damages. The black backing is in very good condition as well showing light wear. Sign shows its original wood framing with chipping at the lower left edge but overall very clean. A unique one of a kind piece with outstanding display power.
