Woodsman manufactured by Colt in 1950. Left side of barrel bears Colt's single line address followed by the Rampant Colt logo above "WOODSMAN", with "COLT" and "AUTOMATIC/ CAL. 22 LONG RIFLE" on the left side of the slide. Metal components are blued, while the frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood thumb rest grips. Pistol is accompanied by an original Colt factory box that matches via a handwritten serial number on the bottom panel. CONDITION: Very good, with metal components retaining the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some mild edge wear, as well as a few superficial marks from handling and storage. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well-defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent, with notable handling marks on the right panel. Box exhibits some exterior wear, but is otherwise sturdy and serviceable.
