Manufactured 1964. Black-on-black sights with fixed smooth front and adjustable rear sight on serrated sighting rib. Left side with appropriate National Match rollmark, right with Colt address. Distinct skeletonized trigger with overtravel screw and serrated small parts, long 1911A1 grip safety, flat serrated mainspring housing, and serrated front strap. Fully checkered walnut grips with inset golden Colt medallion. Full blue magazine with "COLT / 45 AUTO" on bottom. Accompanied by an OWB 2 magazine carrier with 2 full blue magazines, one unmarked one marked C-S for Colt-Scoville. CONDITION: Metal retains virtually all of the factory bluing with some very mild marks from handling and storage. Some silvering to a few high edges, such as top of safety, and a light takedown mark. Grips are very good, free of cracks or chips, with strong checkering. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with strong rifling and no pitting. Magazines and carrier are very good, with some silvering to magazines from withdrawal and insertion.
