Single 15" Globe Lens on Metal High Profile Body. A clean and well displaying example of this C. 1920's Globe from Marathon Gasoline showing iconic Marathon Runner graphic. A product of Transcontinental Oil Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma. CONDITION: Lens is overall excellent showing brilliant color in the green and orange and showing some average age wear and light stains in the white backing of the outer field. The lens shows some minimal nicks along the outer edge but overall very clean and well displaying. Lens is mounted in an original High Profile Metal Body that has been repainted in orange. A clean example of this early Lens from Marathon.
