Manufactured 1903 per serial number. Replacement large size front sight, top of barrel with 1 line Colt address. Kidney-shaped ejector rod head. Frame with 2-line, 3-patent information and encircled Rampant Colt. Matching serial numbers of frame, trigger guard, and butt. Aftermarket synthetic ivory grips. CONDITION: Revolver has been renickeled, and retains the majority, approximately 80%, of that finish, with bubbling and flaking throughout. Notable area of loss, approximately 2" x 1/2", on left side of barrel. Polishing marks visible on frame. Legends softened from refinish. Mechanically fine with all 4 Colt clicks, bore has strong rifling, rifling and areas of oxidation throughout. Entirety of gun covered with ClearCoat or equivalent.
