Circa 1904 per serial number. Barrel with blade front sight, 32 WCF marking on left side, 1-line address across top. Ejector rod with kidney shaped head. Frame with 2-line 3-patent information and encircled Rampant Colt. Matching serial numbers observed on frame, trigger guard, and butt. Loading gate with 3822 assembly number. Aftermarket ivory grips. CONDITION: Barrel retains somewhat more than half of the bluing, with losses concentrated on high areas of ejector rod housing and left side of barrel. Frame with case colors in protected areas, approximately 15-20%. Grips are good, solid, with black striations common to old ivory. Mechanically fine with all 4 clicks, bore has visible rifling with frosting throughout.
