Originally manufactured circa 1969 and shipped February 13, 1970 to Em-Roe Sporting Goods of Indianapolis, Indiana with a 6" barrel, ramped partridge front sight, adjustable rear right, 6-shot fluted cylinder chambered for .357 Magnum, K frame, case hardened wide serrated target trigger, and checkered hammer. Revolver has been masterfully engraved with well executed, deep foliate scroll on a matted background. Approximately 70% coverage. Frame and cylinder engraving is bordered with hand inlaid silver for added contrast. Grips are oversized 2-piece smooth ivory. Revolver is housed in an attractive blue velvet lined hardwood display case with 12 rounds of ammunition. A 2023 dated factory letter is also included. CONDITION: Excellent as embellished. Virtually all of the expertly reapplied blued finish is retained throughout with a few very minor handling marks. Grips display a lovely mellow, cream patina with a few minor marks. Very fine bright bore. Tight lock up. Case shows some light marks for storage and display. A very attractive, professionally engraved Smith & Wesson.
