Rifle shipped January 17, 1905, with 2 other 1894s. Polish blued 26" half octagon barrel chambered in .38-55 with a half-length magazine and sporting sights. High polish blued takedown receiver with case-hardened lever and hammer. Plain trigger. Scarce "I" pattern checkered plain walnut pistol grip stock with hard rubber WRACO grip cap and shotgun butt. An included copy of a 2000 dated factory letter confirms all options. CONDITION: Excellent. Approximately 95% brilliant original blue with some toning on the top of the receiver and other mild marks. Very strong case colors displayed on the lever and hammer sides. Stocks have some scattered impressions but are otherwise very fine. Excellent bright bore with crisp rifling. Fine mechanics. This exceptional Winchester '94 with desirable documented special order features would make an excellent addition to any collection.
