The Remington 332 was produced by the Remington Custom Shop in Ilion for a scant few years, 2004-2006, with F grade the second highest grade available, surpassed only by the F grade with gold inlay. Over/under monobloc barrels are marked "12 GA 2 3/4" OR 3" on left, right with "REMINGTON ARMS Co. ILION, NY", bottom of right barrel marked "LIGHT CONTOUR - DO NOT MODIFY". Breeches have 1 - 3/4" sprays of arabesque scroll with dressed edges. Vent rib has a white plastic front sight and steel mid-bead with anti-glare matting. Chokes are tubes; top is currently Modified, bottom is Improved Cylinder. Round nose forearm with deeply recessed finger grooves checkered in a point and wave pattern with Deely style latch release, generously engraved with arabesque scroll on latch and exterior iron with a punch dot background and decorative inclusions. Interior has "00304" on iron, "DW3" painted on wood to match, and is signed, indistinctly "B.Dickert" (?). Boxlock action engraved on left side with a pheasant mid takeoff, a grouse on right, and a pair of ducks on bottom in vignettes with surrounding arabesque scroll on punched ground. Engraving is signed near trigger guard by D.A. Talbot. Single selective mechanical trigger with non-automatic safety. Nice feather crotch walnut stock with flat profiling to pistol grip, checkered in point and wave pattern with inclusions en suite with forearm. "DW" at toeline in gold oval. Brown rubber Remington recoil pad. Housed in a Remington branded aluminum case with custom shop paperwork, warranty paperwork, and extra chokes (Improved Cylinder, Full, and Mod). CONDITION: Excellent. Barrels retain virtually all of their bluing with some minor marks from handling and the field. Action is crisp with excellent engraving and some minor marks en suite. Stocks with somewhat more handling marks, but still excellent. Mechanically fine, ejectors are in time, bores are excellent. Case excellent.
