Made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1900. Blued extra light 22" round Winchester Steel barrel in desirable .45-70 with blade front sight and 22G dovetail adjustable rear sight. Blued takedown receiver with blued 1/2 magazine and standard trigger. Deluxe oil finish checkered pistol grip walnut stock with Winchester shotgun style hard rubber buttplate. Matching Deluxe checkered walnut forearm. Cody research confirms all options. CONDITION: 85% original blue with light edge and operation wear with brown patina starting to show and 2 light pit marks. 60% fading receiver blue with remaining silvery brown areas. 70% original varnish with some scratches and handling marks. Good bore with sharp lands and grooves. Crisp mechanics.
