Made by Colt Firearms in 1906 and shipped to Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett, and Company in Chicago, Illinois. Original blued 4 - 3/4" round barrel with Colt 2-line top marking and marked on side ".38 W.C.F." with standard front sight. Blued frame with 6-shot fluted cylinder, all matching numbers, and standard 2-piece Colt hard rubber checkered grips. Comes with factory letter verifying all options. CONDITION: Metal has faded to an honest silvery patina with light freckling and some usage dings and marks. Checkering starting to wear smooth with small chip out of left grip and some owner graffiti on butt of each grip. Cartridge extractor handle is bent. Dark bore with good rifling and some light pits at breech. In time and functioning fine.
