Manufactured by Colt Firearms in 1906 and was sent to Roberts, Sanford & Taylor Company located in Sherman, Texas. Features an original 4 - 3/4" round barrel with Colt 2-line top marking, marked on the side with ".38 W.C.F.", and an aftermarket applied nickel finish. It also has a filed down front sight, a nickel-plated frame, and 6-shot fluted cylinder with all matching numbers. Standard 2-piece Colt hard rubber checkered grips complete. A factory letter confirming all options is included. CONDITION: The metal retains 90% of the aftermarket applied nickel finish with some small areas of flaking. The grips checkering is starting to wear smooth. The bore is dark with good rifling and some light pitting at breech, but the gun is in time and functions fine.
