Lloyd McConnell has been making knives since 1997 out of Odessa, Texas. He is a voting member of The Knifemakers' Guild as well as a member of the German Knifemakers' Guild. He is the Bespoke Knifemaker for Holland & Holland, Riflemakers to The British Crown, producing exclusive knife designs. This knife made by McConnell has a 4 - 1/2" double-edged dagger blade with stainless steel bolsters and scrimshawed ivory grips depicting a snow leopard accented by large vine scrolls done by Linda Karst Stone. Stone is a traditional scrimshander using a sharpened scribe to create her designs out of Kerrville, Texas. Complete with matching scrimshawed ebony scabbard with sterling silver mounts. CONDITION: Excellent+ and near mint, with blade bright, markings crisp, and no major signs of distress. Scabbard is in matching condition. An attractive art knife by 2 Texas artisans.
