A very attractive relic Colt Single Action Army, dropped and recovered at an unknown time. Classic 7 - 1/2" barrel with blade sight and kidney bean ejector rod head. No markings are visible, but chambering appears to be .45 Colt. 1 empty shell present in the cylinder. Black powder frame period fit with a scarce and desirable screw for a Bridgeport rig. Grips are 2-piece mother of pearl. PROVENANCE: Richard "Dick" Burdick collection. CONDITION: Relic. Revolver displays an even chocolate patina throughout with pitting. Grip straps retain significant portions of the more durable original nickel plating. Grips are intact but show degradation, including a large chip the the right toe. Moving parts locked up from age. A very interesting relic Single Action.
