Classic "Mexican" loop pattern holster for a 7 - 1/2" Colt SAA revolver. Scarce frontier maker stamp: "W.F. CHALMERS / LANDER / WYO". in sideways diamond on front top of holster beneath throat. Fabricated of light skirting leather, and features a nice throat recurve. Holster is adorned with floral and scalloped stamps on edges and loops. PROVENANCE: Richard "Dick" Burdick collection. CONDITION: Honest age commensurate wear overall with tight stitching. Supple and ready to display with your gun.
