Manufactured in the mid-1920s. Blued finish throughout with nitre blue small parts. 2" tip-up barrel chambered in .25 ACP. Marked on the left with 2-line Steyr address including post-WWI "MADE IN AUSTRIA" marking. 2-piece checkered composites with central ringed Steyr logos. PROVENANCE: From the advanced collection of the esteemed and respected Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Very good. The vast majority of the blued finishes are retained with some wear along the high edges. Grips are very fine, with only a few handling marks. Fine bright bore with well-defined rifling. Mechanically fine. A very nice example.
