Made by Colt Firearms Company from 1875 to 1912 with approximately 45,000 made. Blued finish 2 - 1/2" round barrel with factory bead front sight and "COLT" marking. Silver-plated brass frame with spur trigger. Standard 2-piece standard walnut bird's head grips, pencil marked numbered to gun. PROVENANCE: From the advanced collection of the esteemed and respected Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: 95% original finish with light edge wear on barrel. 90% plating with edges starting to wear to brass color. Grips with light scratches with 90% original finish. Dark bore with crisp mechanics and sharp rifling. A nice Colt.
