Made by Colt Firearms Company in 1931 with roughly 2500 made. Blued finish 8" round barrel with factory pinned large blade target front sight, "CAL 22 LONG RIFLE" and "CAMP PERRY" markings, and Colt 2-line address. Blued swingout single shot frame with Rampant Colt, plain trigger, and knurled grip. Standard checkered walnut Rampant Colt emblem stocks. PROVENANCE: From the advanced collection of the esteemed and respected Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: 95% blue with light edge wear with light visible turn line with light discoloration on crane from operation. 90% finish on grips with sharp checkering. Mirror bore with crisp mechanics.
