Circa 1929. Standard configuration with brushed blue finish, half moon front sight, drift adjustable square notch rear, and 2-piece checkered walnut grips inset with silver rampant Colt medallions. Complete with a dual tone magazine marked "CAL.32 / COLT" on the base plate. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the factory blue is retained with some silvering along high edges and scattered marks. Grips are very fine, checkering remaining sharp. Bright bore with sharp, well-defined rifling and some frosting in the grooves.
