Manufactured 1922. Typical configuration of COlt's iconic pocket pistol with blued finish and case colored small parts. Normal rollmarks throughout. 2 piece black rubber grips with raised Rampant Colt and "COLT" in lozenge. With Colt hangtag attached and maroon fliptop box with manual, correctly numbered to gun on bottom. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining virtually all of the factory bluing with some superficial scratches from age. Some very minor oxidation at dust cover. Appropriate distension about proofs from application of stamp. Mechanically fine, bore has good rifling and oxidation in grooves.
