Originally the PPL pistol was manufactured by Sterling Arms until 1972 when Sterling was bought by E&R Machine Company, who continued to manufacture the PPL until 1983. Very similar to the Hi-Standard semi-automatic .22 pistols. CONDITION: NRA Very Good. Bore shows some darkness in the grooves with strong rifling present.
