Designed in Rhodesia in the late 1970s to be the ultimate combat handgun and produced by Viper Manufacturing in South Africa. Mamufacture proved problematic and was short lived with less than 100 believed to be produced including examples assembled by Navy Arms during parts clean up. This "T" proofed example bears a "78PV01012" serial number indicating it was produced in 1978 by Viper Manufacturing and then imported by Navy Arms for commercial sale. Features include satin stainless finish, 5" barrel chambered in 9mm Parabellum, serrated ramp front sight, drift adjustable square notch rear, ambidextrous safety, single/double action, and wrap-around 2-piece checkered black plastic grips. Complete with the original matching Navy Arms box, plastic sleeve, and manual. CONDITION: Very good, showing some light abrasions and toning. Very good bright bore. Good mechanics. Box has some light edgewear.
