American. Working but needs flint to spark. Very similar to Gang Busters and G-Man Car of the same series. Agent in window firing gun. Marked "H.Q. Staff" on driver's and passenger's side door and "USA 7" on both sides of hood. Some rust and oxidation to bare metal parts underneath including backside of grille. Some scratching and wear to fenders and roof.
Condition: (Very Good).
