Interesting conversion that marries a heavily skeletonized Service Model Ace slide to a 1944 WWII Colt frame. Stippled front strap. BoMar rib mounted directly to barrel, which is pinned to frame. Not marked, but similar to other work done by the legendary Tom Shimoda. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: NRA Good as customized, with legends somewhat softened. Bore has strong rifling, frosting, and a couple spots of oxidation on right side.
