These were especially popular in England, manufactured for mounting on first-generation Single Action Armies during the end of the 19th century. Approximately 16 - 3/4" long brass stock with nickel finish. Blued adjustment screw and crosspin with color case hardened knurled adjustment knob. Complete with aftermarket extra length Single Action Army hammer screw. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent with nearly all of the nickel remaining, with scattered areas of verdigris and light finish loss, especially on buttplate.
