Originally manufactured in 1907. Reapplied blue finish throughout embellished with foliate scroll and floral engraving. The original 4 - 3/4" barrel has been sleeved and remarked for ".22 COLT". Barrel has also been fit with a raised rib with blade front sight and adjustable rear. 6-shot fluted cylinder likewise sleeved for .22 LR, the hammer reprofiled for the rimfire shells. Outfitted with a pair of stag grips. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Good. Nearly all of the reapplied finish is retained throughout with a light turn line. Grips are fine. Strong, frosted bore. Good mechanics. Rear sight is bent and in need of repair. A very interesting conversion.
