Docketed and signed by Dewolf on verso. Upper left corner scorched, several words missing. CONDITION: Good. (B) James O'Hara ALS, Philadelphia, February 14, 1788, addressed to Mr. Thomas Harwood regarding treasury warrants. Slight staining with edge wear, bold ink, and legible writing. CONDITION: Good. (C) Partly printed legal bond, 1 full page, folio, 1807, signed by Ephraim Brasher and others. Staining with edge wear, bold ink, and legible writing. CONDITION: Good. Ira Allen ALS, 1 full page with 1976 letter addressed to Charles Hamilton Galleries from Walter R. Benjamin Autographs Inc. Also comes with 1978 dated receipt when Purchased by Dr. John Lattimer. Fold lines with some separation at folds, missing upper right corner. Bold ink with legible writing. PROVENANCE: Ex-Lattimer Collection.
