A second variation pistol manufactured circa 1924 to 1934. Crown "N" proofed with a 2" barrel chambered in .25 ACP, half moon front sight, and u-notch rear. Blued finish throughout. Slide is attractively etched around the maker and patent markings. Grips are 2-piece checkered hard rubber, inset with blue enameled Walther monogram and "6.35" caliber designation medallions. Complete with 1 Walther banner logo marked magazine. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Very good. Nearly all of the factory blue is retained with mild high edge silvering and other narks. Grips have some moderate wear on the medallions. Fine, mirror bore. A nice, desirable factory upgraded Model 9.
