Manufactured in Switzerland circa late 1950s. Pistol features a blue, tapered octagon barrel chambered in .22 LR with ramped Patridge front sight and adjustable rear. Hammer proofed miniature Martini action stamped on the right "London / Helsinki / Melbourne" commemorating the 1950s Olympic games where these pistols took the podium in shooting contests. Classically stocked in walnut to cradle the shooters hand. Complete with matching factory box as well as spare small parts. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Very good. Virtually all of the factory blue is retained throughout. Stocks have some minor handling marks and an area of finish loss on the right side. Fine bright bore. Crisp mechanics. Box has some expected edge wear.
