A flat-top double-guard wire-bottom Adlake Reliable lantern with correct insert fount and No. 1 long-stem ratchet burner. "D&H. R.R." is embossed in the lid reflector. The clear No. 39 CNX globe is nicely embossed "The D&H" in average relief. The lantern shows light surface etching, with some light rust showing.
