A No. 11 steel guard 1892 patent "Adams" single-guard wire-bottom. "URR of NJ" is embossed in the lid reflector. One segment of the horizontal guard wire has been cut out. The bayonet fount is an Armspear model and not correct for this frame, although it has acceptable fit. The clear No. 39 extended base globe has a magnifier built in. The frame shows an old restoration with significant rust coming through a light overcoat.
