A 15" bronze locomotive bell, mounted in a large yoke with provision for side mounting and boiler top mounting. The yoke has original black paint and is cast "C of GA RY" (Central of Georgia Railway). The clapper and actuation arm are intact and there is a coil of jute pull-rope attached to the actuation lever. There is an old, typewritten note on the top of the bell that reads "THE PRIZE OF THE COLLECTION CENTRAL OF GEORGIA RR LOCOMOTIVE BELL W. F. & R. C. CENRE, OWNERS." The bronze bell shows medium tarnish.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
