A fixed globe "BEST CONDUCTOR" model made by Kelly. There is a hallmark stamped into the underside of the bayonet base that reads "KELLY LAMP WORKS ROCHESTER AND NEW-YORK." The entire frame was originally nickel plated over brass, but much of the nickel plating is missing from the base. The split green/clear globe is beautifully engraved "Maj. Gen. Henry Brinker" surrounded by an ornate, floral cartouche. The globe has a "6" crack on the side to the left of the engraving that's not distracting when the unit is viewed with engraving facing.
Condition: (Good).
