A C T Ham, No. 39, single guard, tin top, bellbottom model with bayonet base and No. 2 ratchet burner affixed. "W.N.Y. & P.R.R." is nicely embossed large on the lid reflector. The base is correct for this model and has the Ham hallmark lightly stamped on the bayonet collar. The bulbous top cap is unique to this RR and has a distinctive look. The frame shows original patina with very light surface etching. The top ring is slightly separated at the joiner. The clear, No. 39 extended base globe is nicely embossed "WNY&PRR" in serif font and in average relief. There is a vertical crack from the top that runs down towards the "Y" in the embossed panel.
