A No. 39, double guard, round wire bellbottom frame that's missing the bayonet base and the globe. "P & R. R. R." is nicely embossed on the lid reflector. The globe holder and spring are intact in the chimney. Metal condition is generally smooth with some light surface etching and a cleaned patina. There are some rot holes where the bayonet collar attaches to the bottom cylinder, but this would not show with the proper base attached.
Condition: (Good).
