Condition: Good, 6.0. (B) "PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE HERE" in black lettering, on a faded and damaged white field with a black border. Four brass mounting brackets are intact, but there is significant porcelain loss at three of the mounting positions. Condition: Fair, 5.0.
