A real nice nickel-plated brass conductor's lantern made by WM Porter's Sons in New York (maker's tag with patent dates affixed to the underside of the base). The plug-in fount is correct for this model and detaches via two push buttons underneath. There is a No. 1 ratchet burner affixed. The lid secures with a characteristic Porter clasp, which works well. The globe is a beautiful split-color cobalt blue/clear, 5 - 1/8" tall with a deep base extension and fits the lantern perfectly. The entire unit shows little evidence of use. There are no apparent stress cracks in any of the brass surfaces. This is a real nice example.

Condition: (Excellent).

Item Dimensions: 6" x 6" x 9 - 1/2".
