An Adams & Westlake Pullman-style model, with a fixed base and a threaded fount with No. 1 ratchet burner affixed. There is an A&W oval hallmark on the fount. The clear globe is hand-blown, correct for this model and is nicely engraved "W. S. Ives." in Old English font. Most of the nickel plating has worn off, revealing a heavily-tarnished brass appearance.
