(A) A Dressel Mfg. Corp. Model 1143 tall globe double-guard railroad lantern with an insert fount. The fount has a Dietz convex burner affixed. "C. R. R. of N. J." is embossed on the lid reflector and there is a plate with "557CPAW" stamped in. The selenium red Corning NonEx No. 39 globe is nicely embossed "C. R. R of N. J." in average relief. Color translucence is good. Condition: 6.0, Good. The burner has several pinholes in the bottom. (B) A Dressel Railway Lamp Works Model 1143 double-guard railroad lantern. "D. L. & W. RR." is embossed on the lid reflector, with a tag affixed to the chimney bearing serial No. "24091." This unit is missing the oil fount. The clear No. 39 Corning NonEx globe is embossed "DL & W RR" in serif font. Condition: 6.0, Good.
