A nice early Parmelee & Bonnell example (not hallmarked) from the early 1870s. This is a very early removable globe model. The frame disassembles at the top and two wires swing out to allow globe removal from the front. Two vertical hinge wires are loose. The bayonet base has an electrification hole drilled underneath, next to where the fount seats. The no. 1 burner is missing. The globe is a gorgeous split color green/clear example, nicely engraved "F. DAVIS," surrounded by an intricate, floral cartouche; no issues noted.
Condition: (Very Good).
Item Dimensions: 6 - 1/2" x 6 - 1/2" x 11 - 1/4".
