A black cloth hat with laminated bill. A **rare** "DECKHAND ERIE RAILROAD" badge is affixed. There is a braided rope decoration is secured on each side by "ERIE" embossed buttons. There is a rare "ERIE" diamond logo inside a boat wheel pin on one side. Another ERIE logo pin is attached to opposite side. The hat's bill shows significant distress and deterioration, and the sweat band has come loose inside. The badge shows nice patina with some slight rust from the salt air in service.
Condition: (Good).
