German World War II late issue Fallschirmjaeger K98 ammo (100 rounds) bandolier marked with the RBNr number "0/0510/0052" and dated "1944". Light olive-tan cotton twill construction with no visible wear or damage. All 22 of its snaps are present and functional, and are of the unusual variant in that they are painted black, with a very thin coat, and slightly larger (17mm or 5/8th inch). Several snaps have light dents, and moderate to heavy finish wear, which is normal even for unissued examples. Other snaps component are brass plated steel with freckling. An interesting late war bandolier with an uncommon snap variant. CONDITION: Overall excellent. WEZ
