Third Reich Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) officer's tunic, trousers, and "Robin Hood" cap. Officer quality olive wool tunic with a "Hugo Grenwelge, Landau/ Pfalz" tailor tag partially attached, and a matching tailor tag inside the inner pocket with illegible information. Tunic has approximately a dozen 1/8" moth holes overall with no other visible damage and wear to its exterior, with armpit staining and light wear to its interior. Tunic has 17 matching originally-sewn buttons, plus 2 smaller shoulder board buttons. Senior NCO "Haupttruppfuehrer" are correctly sewn in to the shoulders, a "324 4" ("Gruppenleitung/ Abteilung") appears to be correctly era hand-sewn to the left sleeve, with enlisted collar tabs loosely hand-sewn to the collar and appears to be postwar done. Shoulder boards, collar, and trousers have black piping. Trousers are made from the same wool, are unmarked, have a dozen+ 1/8" moth holes, and are lightly worn. Also included in this lot is a RAD officer's "Robin Hood" cap made from a quality olive wool with a bullion RAD badge, bullion piping, 4 vents, and a RAD district badge representing "Bayern-Hochland" sewn on the left side. Sweatband and rayon lining are both marked "Mayser Hutmacher Seit 1800". Sweatband and lining have heavy staining, moderate wear, but only light damage.
