Lot consists of: (A) Third Reich NSKK (National Socialist Motor Corps) leader overcoat. Dark Green wool with washed out maker tag sewn into the interior pocket. A collar tab with a single silver pip ("Scharfuhrer" or squad leader) is on the left side, and a collar tab marked "16/ M40" ("Motorsturm" or company "16", "Motorstandarte" or regiment "40") is on the right side: both are machine applied. Complete with all nickel-plated steel buttons that are correctly applied to the front. Missing 2 of the plastic buttons at lower rear. Stamped "48" in liner. Light wear throughout with no signs of major mothing. CONDITION: Very good. (B) Third Reich NSDAP "Ortsgruppe" level overcoat constructed of golden-brown tricot wool collar with dark tan wool body. Light blue rayon collar braid, and 2 machine-sewn light blue rank tabs for a "Blockwart". Tunic as well as the gold-brown rayon lining exhibit only very light wear and damage, and with all buttons (with eagle and swastika) original to the tunic. Ghosting where maker tag was originally sewn. CONDITION: Very good.
