Extremely desirable Browning Pigeon Grade made by FN in Belgium for Browning Arms Company in 1967. Blued 26 - 3/8" fluid steel barrels with matted ventilated rib, bead front sight, ejectors, and 3" chambers. Barrels marked with Modified and Improved Cylinder codes. Coin finished floral and pigeon scene engraved boxlock receiver with gold plated single selective trigger and top tang safety barrel selector. Darkly figured walnut standard checkered pistol grip configuration stock with sporting forearm with latch release and Browning hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: 98% barrel blue with light handling marks. 98% remaining action finish with good screws. 98% varnish. Small handling marks and dings overall. Significant remaining checkering. Slight crack in the finish behind the left side of the action that does not appear to be in wood. Right side has repaired chip at base of action. Good bore and crisp mechanics. Wood tests negative for salt.
