Made by Sturm, Ruger, and Company in 1999, with 1500 produced in each gauge. Blued 26" gapped fluid steel barrels with full length ventilated factory rib, ejectors, bead front sight, and Briley chokes. Stainless finish boxlock action with scroll engraving, gold bird on right panel, "Ruger 50th" gold inlay on left. Polished finish single selective trigger and top tang safety with barrel selector. Action has blued trigger guard and opening lever. Factory checkered figured walnut pistol grip stock with Ruger logo solid black plastic buttplate and Ruger logo hard rubber grip cap. Fitted with matching checkered latch release sporting forearm. Comes in a fitted trunk case. CONDITION: 98% barrel blue with light fading on the carry area. Sharp engraving. Bright action finish with sharp engraving. 98% original varnish with sharp checkering and small handling dings. Excellent bores and mechanics. Case in good condition.
